Vendedor de frutas, Shivajinagar
Estos días me he dedicado a revisar algunas de mis fotos en flickr., y hay algunas que no había publicado en el blog y que me gustan bastante, así que he decidido irlas posteando...
Aquí está la primera:
Shivajinagar es una zona comercial tradicional, un bazar, en el centro de la ciudad de Bangalore. La calle principal es Commercial Street, el mismo nombre ya indica el carácter comercial de la zona, donde hay bastantes tiendas de ropa, joyerías...
También abundan las tiendas en las pequeñas calles y callejones cercanos, donde se tienden a organizar por sectores: existe la calle de las joyerías, una zona donde se agrupan las tiendas de muebles...

Albert, have you visited Russel Market in Shivajinagar. If not, that is a great place to go, but not right now obviously (given the trouble that area is going through over the last couple of days).

I have not been to Russell Market yet. It's in my list of places to photgraph, specially after seeing the photos that some of the weekend shooters took a few weekends ago.
I'm not in Bangalore now, so I had not heart about the riots until this morning. Sadly, in Spain, we do not get much news from India, except, of course, all the stuff about the Bollywood actor (I don't remember her name) in the British Big Brother...
